If original packaging is unavailable product will generally be packaged in aftermarket or EcoTech Solutions branded packaging - May be missing hardware, accessories, or instructions that come with factory new version of product - Comes with Radwell standard 2-year warranty. Original manufacturer warranty may not apply. - Product may be older date codes or series than that available direct from the factory or authorized dealers - The products may vary as to country of origin and the language used on the packaging - Product may have any writing on the box that didn't come from OEM

Refurbished product is product that has been previously used, or is unused but has cosmetic defects that would prevent it from being classified as Surplus Alternate Packaging or Surplus Original Packaging. - May have been used in a production environment - May or may not include original packaging, or original packaging may have shelf wear (in which case product may be repackaged in aftermarket or Ecotech branded packaging) - Comes with EcoTech Solutions standard 2-year warranty. Original manufacturer warranty may not apply.
